Nov. 16 2:45 PM PT3:45 PM MT4:45 PM CT5:45 PM ET10:45 PM GMT6:45 AM 北京时间-Jackson had 48 yards on eight carries and also threw for a touchdown in the Bills' 41-17 loss to Tennessee on Sunday. Analysis: While he has limited value as a running back splitting carries for a woeful offense, perhaps Buffalo should try Jackson at quarterback considering that Trent Edwards and Ryan Fitzpatrick continue to struggle. |
Sep. 22 10:22 PM PT11:22 PM MT12:22 AM CT1:22 AM ET6:22 AM GMT2:22 PM 北京时间-Jackson, filling in for suspended starter Marshawn Lynch, ran for a career-best 163 yards on 28 carries and added six catches for 25 yards in Buffalo's 33-20 win over Tampa Bay on Sunday. Analysis: Jackson's value is obviously going to take a hit when Lynch returns in two weeks, but he'll still be worth having around as a backup. He's also a great play in Week 3 in what should be a shootout against New Orleans. |
Aug. 26 10:30 AM PT11:30 AM MT12:30 PM CT1:30 PM ET6:30 PM GMT2:30 AM 北京时间-Jackson has a sprained left wrist, though the injury is not expected to prevent him from being ready for the start of the regular season. He expected to test the injury in practice as early as Thursday. Analysis: Jackson missed practice Wednesday, a day after aggravating an injury to his wrist and thumb. Jackson said tests came back negative after he was struck just above the left thumb during a running play. Coach Dick Jauron wouldn't rule Jackson out from playing in Buffalo's preseason game at Pittsburgh on Saturday. |
Aug. 25 9:53 AM PT10:53 AM MT11:53 AM CT12:53 PM ET5:53 PM GMT1:53 AM 北京时间-Jackson aggravated a left thumb injury in practice during a running play, and was immediately escorted to the Bills' training facility. Analysis: Jackson is slated as the team's starter while Marshawn Lynch serves a three-game NFL suspension to open the regular season. |
May 13 8:12 AM PT9:12 AM MT10:12 AM CT11:12 AM ET4:12 PM GMT12:12 AM 北京时间-Jackson has agreed to a contract extension. The deal was reached Wednesday, and rewards Jackson for providing Buffalo's run game a valuable one-two punch along with starter Marshawn Lynch. Analysis: An undrafted free agent from Coe College, Jackson had 888 yards from scrimmage - including 571 yards rushing - with three touchdowns in 16 games last season, his second in the NFL. He'll compete with Dominic Rhodes to start this season in place of Lynch, who'll miss the first three games while serving an NFL suspension. |
